Commercial Lender Brazil

Originate, structure, and manage commercial loan relationships in the Miami market
Develop new business through networking, community involvement, and professional referrals
Build and maintain a high-quality commercial loan portfolio
Analyze borrower financials and structure appropriate credit solutions
Prepare loan presentations and partner with credit and underwriting teams through approval
Maintain strong relationships with business owners, CPAs, attorneys, and other COIs
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements
Represent the institution professionally within the local business and cultural community

Proven experience as a Commercial Lender in a banking environment
Background at a small to mid-sized financial institution, or interest in a platform with reasonable accountability and attainable expectations
Comfortable operating within defined lending limits per transaction
Bilingual: English/Portuguese Preferred
Strong knowledge of and established relationships within the Brazilian market and community
Highly professional with strong relationship-building and business development skills
Demonstrated commitment, integrity, and strong work ethic
Ability to independently grow and manage a commercial loan portfolio
