Head Of wealth

Job Summary

The Head of Wealth will lead the U.S. wealth planning and origination strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients and their advisors. This role combines technical legal expertise, relationship management, and business development, while representing the firm’s brand across the U.S. and select international markets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced U.S. wealth planning expertise for existing client structures in Nevada.
     
  • Develop and maintain relationships with UHNW clients and their professional advisors.
     
  • Act as technical legal resource for Client Engagement Teams.
     
  • Drive client origination in the U.S. per an agreed Marketing & Sales Plan.
     
  • Support LATAM client origination in partnership with the Geneva-based LATAM Lead (2–3 trips/year).
     
  • Collaborate with the Miami affiliate on insurance-based structuring solutions.
     
  • Partner with the Reno General Manager on business management initiatives.
     
  • Represent the firm as a brand ambassador in the U.S.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • U.S.-qualified attorney with at least 10 years’ post-qualification experience in UHNW private client services.
     
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
     
  • Established U.S. intermediary network (legal, banking, accounting, family office).
     
  • Proven business development, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
     
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (NV Financial Institutions Division, AML requirements, etc.).
