Business Relationship Manager to support the expansion of its Business Banking platform. This role will manage a balanced portfolio of approximately 50% C&I and 50% CRE, with a strategic emphasis on increasing small-to-medium business lending and reducing reliance on real estate. Based in a newly built-out branch location, this lender will serve key South Florida markets including Doral, Medley, Airport West/East, and Hialeah. The ideal candidate is a hybrid C&I/CRE lender who can drive loan production, generate low-cost deposits, and deliver strong fee income while working closely with a dedicated Portfolio Manager and Lending Assistant.
