This is a Relationship Manager role designed to be the perfect complement to the Lender. It is a true relationship-banking position for someone who loves clients, thrives on organization, and wants meaningful impact without the pressure of hunting for loans. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, deepening relationships, increasing share of wallet, and ensuring seamless execution across account opening, treasury management, and ongoing servicing. Working closely with the Lender, you will own the relationship flow and administrative process so the Lender can stay focused on production.
