Universal Banker

Perform teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and handling of currency and coin.
Open and maintain personal deposit accounts such as checking, savings, money markets, CDs, and IRAs.
Engage clients through consultative conversations to recommend appropriate products and services.
Refer clients to internal partners for lending, investment, or business banking needs.
Place outbound calls to clients and prospects to support business development and promotional campaigns.
Assist with personal loan applications and facilitate smooth hand-offs to lending specialists.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
Support daily branch operations, audit controls, and help train new team members.
Stay current on product updates, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Adhere strictly to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal risk controls.
