Treasury Specialist

You’ll play a key part in supporting business customers with online banking, ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, and fraud prevention tools, all while ensuring compliance and operational accuracy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert customer support via phone and email for Treasury Management and online banking services.
  • Set up and maintain ACH, wires, positive pay, and remote deposit capture systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to online banking, transfers, Zelle, and security tokens.
  • Perform account onboarding, document review, and ensure compliance with BSA and KYC requirements.
  • Coordinate with IT and BSA teams to resolve client and system-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage scanner inventory, and ensure timely transaction processing.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury Management or related banking operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
  • Strong technical proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with high attention to detail.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and superior client service.
