Treasury Specialist

Assist in the onboarding and implementation of treasury services including ACH, wires, remote deposit, and online banking
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate setup of treasury products
Maintain accurate records and documentation in treasury systems and client profiles
Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely, solution-oriented manner
Support daily cash positioning, reporting, and reconciliation activities as needed
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk controls
Stay informed on treasury products and technology to effectively support clients and internal stakeholders
Identify process improvements and contribute to team initiatives and training efforts

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience in treasury, banking operations, or financial services
Strong understanding of cash management products (e.g., ACH, wires, remote deposit, online banking)
Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with treasury management systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with compliance requirements and risk controls in financial services
