Residential Lending Operations Manger

Experienced Residential Lending Operations Manager to lead residential lending operations and the implementation of a new LOS/POS platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new LOS/POS platform, including vendor coordination, workflow configuration, data migration, staff training, and go-live support.
  • Oversee residential lending operations and process optimization.
  • Manage underwriting support and credit file management.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, disclosure accuracy, and HMDA reporting.
  • Coordinate loans throughout the complete loan lifecycle.
  • Improve operational efficiency and quality of service.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in residential lending or mortgage operations.
  • Experience implementing or managing LOS/POS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of residential lending compliance, disclosures, and HMDA reporting.
  • Experience with underwriting support, credit files, and loan coordination.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
