Inter Private Banker

Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth international banking clients, delivering personalized financial solutions and relationship management.
Establish new client relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and proactive business development.
Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking, credit, investment, insurance, mortgage, deposit, and financial planning solutions.
Execute sales strategies and business development plans to achieve individual production and relationship growth goals.
Collaborate with mortgage, investment, commercial banking, retail banking, and other internal specialists to deliver customized solutions.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand existing client relationships by connecting clients with appropriate products and services.
Monitor client deposits, loans, and overall relationship performance to maintain portfolio quality.
Analyze client information, market trends, and product developments to identify additional business opportunities.
Resolve client banking needs and coordinate with internal partners to deliver a high-quality client experience.
Maintain compliance with applicable banking regulations, internal policies, audit requirements, and risk management standards.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
At least five years of banking relationship management experience, specifically establishing and developing a high-net-worth client base abroad.
Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, and grow a private banking portfolio.
Knowledge of private banking products and services, including deposits, lending, investments, mortgages, insurance, and financial planning.
Strong business development, prospecting, analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to collaborate with internal specialists to develop customized financial solutions.
Strong understanding of banking compliance, regulatory requirements, and client relationship risk management.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer.
