The Vice President of Treasury Management leads the development, sales, and administration of treasury management and cash management products and services for commercial, governmental, and institutional clients. This role focuses on growing client relationships, expanding treasury management revenue, identifying business opportunities, and overseeing product delivery and operational effectiveness while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase treasury management revenue, acquire new clients, and expand existing commercial relationships.
Identify client needs and recommend tailored cash management solutions that improve financial operations and liquidity management.
Build and maintain relationships with commercial, governmental, and institutional clients through prospecting, networking, regular client meetings, and ongoing relationship management.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify opportunities for new products, improved services, and business growth.
Oversee treasury management operations, including client onboarding, online banking services, password resets, service support, and fraud monitoring.
Establish and maintain policies, procedures, internal controls, and risk management practices to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal requirements.
Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, BSA, and other internal teams to support product implementation, resolve client concerns, and improve service delivery.
Lead and develop the Treasury Management team, monitor sales performance, prepare management reports, manage departmental resources, and support audits and regulatory examinations.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional education in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of banking experience, with a strong focus on treasury management, cash management products, sales, or related banking services.
Demonstrated success in treasury management sales, business development, and commercial client relationship management.
Strong understanding of cash management products, online banking platforms, banking regulations, internal controls, and fraud prevention.
Experience leading teams, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and managing operational processes.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems.
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
Ability to travel frequently between locations and attend client or community meetings.
