VP Relationship Manager

Develop and manage new client relationships to meet loan growth and revenue goals.
Negotiate and structure commercial loan terms; prepare and present credit proposals.
Lead the underwriting and approval process with internal stakeholders.
Manage and monitor an assigned loan portfolio, ensuring strong credit quality.
Identify potential credit issues and recommend mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with support staff to ensure accurate documentation and timely loan closings.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Cross-sell banking products and services to deepen client relationships.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field required.
5–7 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, and relationship management.
Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex credit transactions.
Strong understanding of credit policy, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan systems; bilingual skills a plus.
