Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Achieve a multi-million-dollar sales quota through strategic sales planning, territory and account management, and effective orchestration of internal teams to develop and win business opportunities within the U.S. financial services market.
Lead sales efforts with a focus on customer obsession by understanding each prospect's business needs and coordinating an extended team to craft solution proposals with significant business value.
Drive business growth through the execution of Go-to-Market strategies to achieve customer business outcomes throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Facilitate executive-level engagements with business decision-makers and C-Level executives.
Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (sales quota, deal implementation, solution adoption), and secure competitive wins through flawless execution.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional relationships within the organization to deliver business value to customers and achieve business results.

Minimum Requirements:

A degree in Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Programming and development experience in mobile app technologies.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner in a mobile app project, ideally within the Banking/Financial Services sector.
Several years of experience working with Tier 1, Tier 2, community banks, and/or credit unions in the U.S., selling technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and networking protocols.
Good understanding of backend and mobile technologies, as well as technical integrations, with experience collaborating with IT teams.
In-depth knowledge of the U.S. financial services market, including regulations, technology needs (core banking, front-end, back-end, middleware, etc.), and associated services.
Extensive knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, use cases, and user stories.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management at all levels, negotiating and building consensus.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
Must reside in Miami Dade County, with in-office work Monday through Thursday. Fridays are work-from-home unless there are important in-person meetings or events.
Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time, as needed.
