Pre-Sales associate

This Pre-Sales role is a key opportunity to support the banking and financial services prospects navigate their digital transformation journey. You will be part of a dynamic team of innovators responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that drive targeted business outcomes, and fostering revenue growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a multi-million-dollar sales quota through strategic sales planning, territory and account management, and effective orchestration of internal teams to develop and win business opportunities within the U.S. financial services market.
  • Lead sales efforts with a focus on customer obsession by understanding each prospect's business needs and coordinating an extended team to craft solution proposals with significant business value.
  • Drive business growth through the execution of Go-to-Market strategies to achieve customer business outcomes throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Facilitate executive-level engagements with business decision-makers and C-Level executives.
  • Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (sales quota, deal implementation, solution adoption), and secure competitive wins through flawless execution.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional relationships within the organization to deliver business value to customers and achieve business results.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A degree in Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Programming and development experience in mobile app technologies.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner in a mobile app project, ideally within the Banking/Financial Services sector.
  • Several years of experience working with Tier 1, Tier 2, community banks, and/or credit unions in the U.S., selling technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and networking protocols.
  • Good understanding of backend and mobile technologies, as well as technical integrations, with experience collaborating with IT teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the U.S. financial services market, including regulations, technology needs (core banking, front-end, back-end, middleware, etc.), and associated services.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, use cases, and user stories.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management at all levels, negotiating and building consensus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
  • Must reside in Miami Dade County, with in-office work Monday through Thursday. Fridays are work-from-home unless there are important in-person meetings or events.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time, as needed.
