The Premier Banker plays a critical role in growing and managing relationships within the affluent and high-net-worth client segment. This relationship-focused position is responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding client relationships by offering tailored banking solutions including deposits, lending, and wealth advisory services. The role requires proactive business development, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent delivery of high-quality client experiences.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely response to inquiries.
Actively source new client relationships through prospecting, maintaining a minimum of 8 new business appointments weekly.
Create and implement sales plans to achieve annual production goals between $12MM and $25MM.
Maintain and update a robust sales pipeline; document client interactions and provide regular activity reports.
Collaborate with internal partners to deliver integrated financial solutions and generate referrals.
Build strong community presence through strategic networking and participation in relevant events.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards including BSA/AML, KYC, and internal procedures.
Perform additional duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 7 years of experience in banking, with a focus on private or high-net-worth clients.
Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
Strong knowledge of compliance standards and banking operations.
Excellent communication, consultative sales, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
