Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage daily banking operations including transactions, audits, compliance, and risk controls.
Lead and coach team members to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Promote and cross-sell consumer and small business products.
Support community outreach and business development initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of banking sales/service experience, with leadership responsibilities.
High School diploma or GED required; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
NMLS registration (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a professional image.
