Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Good understanding of financial institution operations, products and services.
Minimum four year college degree, or equivalent banking industry experience.
Proven knowledge of branch procedures and policies.
Effective human relations and communication skills.
Understanding of laws, rules and regulations affecting the banking/lending industry.
Knowledge of finance and accounting principles necessary to provide lending services.
Effective human relations and excellent communication/presentation skills, inclusive ability to negotiate and make presentations.
Good written, reading, supervisory, computer, communication and organizational skills.
Participation in community events.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility on working schedule, as in any other branch location.
Must have a sharp, proven business development focus, preferably within a large financial institution.
Must be able to express a sound opinion, able to agreeably present another viewpoint.
Knowledge of credit process/credit training a plus.
Prepare participation loan packages to sell loans to other banks, obtain executed Confidentiality Agreements and other loan participation documentation for processing.
Prepare loan documentation in Compliance-One.
Gathers and inputs HMDA loan data for further review by Compliance Officer.
Obtain required insurance policies with required endorsements and coverages i.e. flood, windstorm, hazard, liability and others.
Maintain high degree confidentiality.
Prepare closings-in-process reports, prepare post-closing exception reports and aging report for exception items with follow up with loan officers and attorneys.
Conduct research.
Serves as back-up to Credit Administration Assistant, when absent.

Minimum Requirements:

AA in business administration or equivalent; and at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must possess a solid knowledge of banking regulations relating specifically to loan documentation and BSA compliance
Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
Proficient Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and other applications in order to create reports, charts, spreadsheets and presentations for statistical reporting purposes.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
Must be accurate and detailed oriented.
Work involves reading and concentration via typing and proofreading activities.
Good communication skills both verba/written
