Branch Manager

Manage overall branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
Analyze financial statements and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Respond to complex inquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize branch performance.
Present reports and insights to senior management, public groups, and the Board of Directors.
Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and motivating the branch team.
Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for effective communication with a diverse client base and internal teams.
International banking experience is a plus, especially with the ability to bring in deposits and accounts

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in banking or financial services.
Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) is essential for dealing with a bilingual clientele.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and business trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and teams.
Proven ability to handle regulatory inquiries and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop business and grow customer relationships, with experience in driving deposits and accounts.
